This morning, I did my routine scroll through Instagram where I came upon the ManRepeller’s page. She posted a pic of this Yeezy sweatshirt from Etsy on her blog’s gift guide. I checked out the post and saw that it was only $20! Score! The sweatshirt looks ultra cozy and would be spectacular paired with Kanye-approved leather leggings/pants and black platform booties! I have neither at the moment, lol, so this sweatshirt will be the motivation to make the look happen! If you love it as much as I do, you can purchase here! They come in unisex sizes so I chose a Medium, which what I usually wear. Can’t wait till we meet!

Here is the part 2 of my Throwback Thursday posts! This outfit was so fun. I’m wearing a Forever 21 top with a vintage skirt that belonged to my mom. I tell you if it wasn’t for her, I would have an empty and sad closet! Thanks mom : ). She’s so fly. My gold sandals are YSL. The angled heel is my fav part. My necklace is by Peace Images and I got these sunglasses 2 years ago from Giant Vintage. They have vintage shades for amazing prices. Definitely worth taking a look!

These pictures are from a 2 part story shot this past Summer. I originally couldn’t find them after me and my friend/photog Phyllis shot it. So they were know as the “lost files” until they magically came up last week! I love this story because it totally embodied Summer for me: short shorts, big fluffy afro and bronze skin! I will have the 2nd part up later today!

My hair inspiration here is from my mom. There is a picture of her from the late 70s in Nigeria where she is rocking this amazing afro with a side part. I love it!!!! So whenever my hair is an afro I automatically put a part in it. It’s like robotic. Untwist, pick it out, make a part, done! I love natural hair, its truly a work of art : )
