One Saturday my boyfriend and I took a fun filled bike ride through Central Park. We rented bikes nearby–and I totally had to coordinate mine to my outfit! Fierce lol : ). The weather was gorgeous and perfect for a day in the park!
Towards the end of our journey, we came across this super talented band performing a mix of jazz and gospel. They were amazing!

Hi Fab Friends!
I love trying out fun hairstyles, especially with my current kinky Senegalese twists. My fab fashion friend Sisi Nike of “My Modest Mouth” blog inspired me to try this To Die For crown style. I call it Hair Art! This is so fun and unique- so my style! It’s easier to do than it looks. Instead of braiding a french braid from front to back, you braid it in a circular formation. Add your own special touch and Tres Chic! I personalized mine with my fab Keith Harring brooches and craft yarn, which I braided into the hair!

I am off to get ready for work at ESSENCE. I think I will do this style again for this FAB Friday! I will be meeting my friends for lunch and again for dinner, will be sure to take lots of pics! : )

Hi Fab Friends!
And the bday fun continues!
The best part of celebrating your birthday the night before is that when you wake up the next day…its STILL your birthday! : ) After my amazing night at Tillmans, I spent the morning eating a delicious birthday breakfast of smoothies and my fav Mexcian style breakfast burritos with Obi and Deja. Then, I met Esther in NJ at one of my fav places in the world, Harmon Beauty Supply (Face Values)! Since it was my birthday, I went all out and splurged on a cartful of goodies! So much fun : )
Later that night, my bf took me to a hilarious comedy show in the Lower East Side, Laugh Lounge. There were 5 comedians in total and Mike Yard was the funniest! I enjoyed the whole evening and I can’t wait to go back! Thanks babe : )
