Hi Fab Friends!

It has been a world wind fashion week season. Not just because my schedule is packed with work and shows, but this season I am also writing a fun and fabulous daily piece for essence.com titled “Daily Style Chronicles”! Each day on the Daily Style Chronicles, I showcase my fab outfit, explain my inspiration and tell you about all the amazing shows/events/people I saw. It has been such an honor to share my daily escapades since I always make fashion week an adventure. Hi Fab Friends!

This past Friday I held my first fashion swap party in my Brooklyn apt and it was a Huge hit! For those who don’t know, fashion swaps are get togethers where everyone brings fashionable and fun items to swap! The idea is to give your items a new home and introduce yourself to fab new pieces. So fun! Since we all have different personal styles, that piece that you’ve grown bored of may be someone else’s next best thing! I got the idea from Reese Witherspoon in a fashion mag last year and I’m so glad I finally tried it out! It was so much fun to get all my friends together and shop right in my living room! I found some fab pieces that I will show you on Friday! I will also make a video on how to have your very own fashion swap party! Stay Tuned : ) Until then, enjoy the pics!
