My Fav Evening Picks from New H&M Conscious Collection

It’s that time again! Yesterday, H&M launched their newest Conscious Collection, made of sustainable materials like organic hemp & recyclable polyester. But this time around there are a great bunch of evening options, which are usually the most annoying to find –especially when getting dressed in a hurry. So, why not stock up on some of these inexpensive options? Prices range from $19.99 – $299.99. At first glance, I found these pieces to by wearable and easy to incorporate into an existing wardrobe. These are items that will work for that last minute invite: whether it be  a ladies night, a wedding or (with the right accessories) even a black tie affair. I compiled my favorites complete with prices.

What are you feelin’?

I love this print, its very Mary Katrantzou-esque. I’m a fan of digital prints.

This is the same dress from above, without the jacket. And this lime green frock looks like it may be a Spring staple. I can see it working with both a flat sandal (for day) and a stiletto (for night).

I also see this for both day and night. Gorg color.

I’m very excited about trying these two dresses on. One is minimal with a fab punch of color and the other is just plain amazing. The girly girl in me is beside herself : )

This is absolutely wonderful for Spring. Color?Check.Cut?Check.Try.Buy.

This is so fresh & flirty. Loving the orange color & high slit. I would so wear this to a wedding.

So there you have it. My top pics from H&M new Conscious Collection! Now, I just have to get to the store and try them on. Ladies don’t buy before you try! You can find more info about that HERE. Although my love for H&M is real and true, they do tend to be very tricky with sizes (re: running too small). So, to be on the safe side I try everything on.

I will be sure to give an update next week on what worked and what didn’t : )

Get to know Eva & Bernard’s Fall 12 Collection!

I really enjoy coming across innovative designers and Eva & Bernard has been on my mind since I fell in love with them last Fall. The design duo are husband and wife, Roey Vollman & Nait Rosenfelder. Berlin is their home base and they are originally from Tel-Aviv. One of the aspects of their designs that I love are the clean lines and attention to detail. For their Fall 2012 collection they branched out and experimented with prints for the very first time, and I love them for it! I always say, if you’re gonna do something, do it BIG. And they did. Their prints are not just any run-of-the-mill design, but gorgeous pixelated images and beautiful laser cut-outs.  These are the pieces that I want to wear this Fall! I snapped some pics on a visit to one of my favorite showrooms, Edite. Take a look!

This black peplum style pencil skirt is a staple for Fall!

I am sucker for anything grey, anything.

This is what I call a Coat

Wow, just wow.

As a dress

This light lavendar is so lovely, I would wear it all year round!

This peach makes me weak in the knees!

A closer look at the fabulous attention to detail:

I love

Some accessories, these belts are fabulous.

“Following no seasonal trends, the line peruses brisk, realistic and relaxed elegancy which allows much attention to details and refinements , offering up-to-date styles made in the finest materials and produced in Italy.”

Check out their Site for more info and past collections:

I am definitely a fan and I can’t wait to see what they continue to do.

As you all know, last week I was featured on AfriPop.com’s “Today, I Wore” and on Day 4 I wore a fabulous Eva & Bernard knit crop top in a gorgeous blush peach hue : )

Special Thanks to Edite showroom : )
