It’s been a whirlwind week! Last night was a triumphant one when Pres. Obama was elected for another 4 years! My heart is filled with joy as I was one of the many who went out and voted for him! This was my third time voting in a presidential election. This year and ’08 were groundbreaking indeed and I am blessed to be here to witness it! This morning I stumbled upon images of Halle Berry in Interview Magazine (thanks Essence Gant for sharing!) wearing the same Mercura shades as yours truly. So cool! Mercura is an amazing couture eyewear brand that I’ve been working with and wearing for over 2 years. The designers Rachel and Merilee are geniuses! There was post-Sandy craziness where it felt like part of NYC and NJ shut down. Some people are still left without electricity and some have lost their homes altogether. My hearts goes out to them all! Stay strong!
