I attended many shows this season, here are the top 5 that really stood out!
1. Tommy Hilfiger
What a FAB show! In celebration of the line’s 25th year, the designer went all out. There has been a delightful jolt in the all American brand with the addition of Peter Som since last season; who has brought a “a bucketfull of his uptown-ecclectic sensibility over Hilfiger’s rotation library of classics”. I am in love with the bright color for spring which is like a fashion alarm clock of some sorts! To me a vibrant splash of color means everything! Love the prints and the overall vibe as well. Take a look!

2. Derek Lam
Absolutely in love with this collection: the beautiful denim blues, the high waist wide leg trousers, the Jesus sandals, and those amazing wedges!!! Yes, this collection has my name written all over it!

3. Z Spoke by Zac Posen
The collection marks the debut of Zac’s lower priced line and, oh did it make an impact! “This is fashion-tainment” Zac said of his show. And yes, yes it was! A feast for the eyes, as they say. I for one, will be buying this collection since it will be available in various retail stores. Yippee!!

4. Betsey Johnson
Now, I am a avid lover of Betsey’s showmanship on the runway. She always has great ideas, awesome themes and fab wow factor. This season was no different, and I loved every minute! Betsey’s clothes are definitely more fantasy than wearability, which is also alright with me! lol Go, Betsey! Here theme this year is Le Tour de Betsey and it brings you on a visual tour of NYC from uptown to downtown!
5. Vera Wang
An amazing beautiful show! The rope belts, the big hair, the fab shorts! Very romantic yet incredibly wearable! And embodied the tough-girly image which I adore. Was blown away by her collection!
