Hi Fab Friends!

I mentioned last month that fab fashion site StyleCaster.com featured me in a story called 5×5. In this feature, StyleCaster picks 5 fashion industry professtionals and has each person style a look using the same designer/brand. That day we used Theory and I had a ball styling my model at the StyleCaster headquarters! I decided to go with a  “NYC chic girl” look to be worn for a fab night out. My look is in the middle.

The dark chocolate leather jacket goes so well with this black leather and feather dress. This is definitely an outfit I would love to wear. My look that day was tres chic. These Versace for H&M leggings have been in heavy rotation in my wardrobe, they go so well with almost everything. I love this white dinner jacket and faux fur stole mixed with my green tunic. Hi Fab Friends!

I first launched my essence.com style blog,”Daily Style Chronicles” last September during New York fashion week. I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to continue it 5 days a week! Daily Style Chronicles documents my creative fashion forward personal style while lending style tips and info on the latest trends. It is entertaining and fun! Many times I find myself flipping through the looks-it’s addicting! I am a style chameleon and there are so may facets to what makes up my daily style. With Daily Style Chronicles, I get to show it all! I would love for you to tune in daily and leave comments on your favorite looks. There are some great outfits coming up, especially with fashion week around the corner!

Hi Fab Friends!

Here is a photo montage of my 2011 3D Japanese nail art designs, all created by celeb nail artist Naomi Yasuda! I started going to Naomi in August and went every month since as she graced my nails with her creativity and amazing attention to detail. Naomi uses a Calgel technique on my nails which enables each design to last for 1 full month(!!) and at the same time help my nails grow (and stay) long and fabulous! I am completely addicted to her work and I can never see myself going back to nail polish! This past fall Naomi debuted her nail line of 9 different designs that you can apply yourself at home! Just fab. I will do a post on her line early 2011.

I love coming up with fun concepts and ideas for Naomi to create for me each month. She said that I am her most innovative client! : ) Enjoy the photos and stay tuned for more in 2012! My nails have quickly become my trademark : )
